Every love story is different
Silvia gave us such a gift by shooting our surprise engagement photos in Venice! I knew I wanted to propose to my girlfriend Faith during our Italian vacation, and when I reached out, Silvia provided several excellent suggestions on locations and ideal times (sunset, golden hour, etc.) during our stay in Venice. After reviewing her suggestions for gondolas, bridges, and canal locations, I settled on a perfect bridge that she suggested, which was outside the main tourist district. It was the perfect location for Silvia to covertly capture our special moment as it happened (and Faith even said yes ;D). After the proposal, we hopped in a gondola with Silvia for some additional photos, and at my request, she even brought along a bottle of bubbly for us to have a toast while cruising on the canal (with Silvia there to capture it all) . . . Just PERFECT!"

Unfortunately, it was raining dogs and cats on the shooting day. But we cannot reschedule the shoot as we stay in Milan only for a few days. But, we are fortunate to have Silvia for the photoshoot. She was very creative in the process and went the extra miles to get beautiful pictures of us. (Imagine holding a large camera with an umbrella in the pouring rain) The pictures turned out to be absolutely stunning. I really like the rainy vibe in Milan and the pictures of us under a black umbrella seemed very romantic. Do not to be afraid to do a photoshoot on a rainy day. The results would surprise you and our friends love the pictures as well!

From flying all the way from Houston to Venice and trying my best to keep my proposal a secret as stressful as it was Silvia made the photoshoot super seamless and fun. The day of the photoshoot I was running super late and with limited amount of sunlight Silvia managed to make the best use of our time and find the perfect spots to capture the proposal. The final pictures came out amazing and me and my fiancé are super happy with how they turned out. Needless to say these are pictures that my fiancé and I will cherish for rest of our lives and we are super grateful that Silvia was the person we chose to capture these moments!
